"Absolutely horrendous. I asked for a low fade and got a 1 sized clip all the way up the side of my head. Asked for 1/4 inch off the top, now have 1/4 inch of hair on the top of my head. Will never go there again."

"My stylist Dora was good, and everything was good...except the check-out machine made me feel really bad. I got a regular cut (not MVP) but the check-out machine was going to charge me MVP for $25+tip. I told Dora about it but she kept telling me that the price will go back to regular $18 after I swipe my card, which I didn't believe. Since Dora insisted and I wanted to leave so I went ahead and added $5 tip onto it, and the system still showed total $30 on the screen when I swiped my card. I refused to sign the $30 bill, so Dora ask LYNN to help to do something about the system. Lynn looked pretty impatient and did something on the system. Then the machine showed regular $18 WITH FIXED TIP $7, and they asked me to swipe my card again. On the system I couldn't go back to adjust the $7 tip, so I politely told Dora about it. She even asked "Is $7 not okay?" I said "It's okay, but I just hate to be auto-graded." As I expected right now on my bank statement it still shows I have two charges $30+$25. I will be much angrier later if that $30 is not cancelled which makes me have to call them again. Even so the $30 charge gets cancelled I am still mad at that when Dora said "the price will be fixed after you swipe your card." and Lynn auto-graded me."
