Brittani did a terrible job cutting my sons hair. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing and then she stopped cutting my sons hair in the middle of the hair cut because I didn’t know how to advise her on how short to cut the top. She was extremely rude to me and my son. I have never had a bad experience here before.
